Sun Safety

Being an equestrian usually means being exposed to a significant amount of sun. I'm a firm believer in sun safety and taking care of your skin - aside from the premature aging, there's the increased risk of skin cancer. Growing up, I always hated sunscreen. It was so heavy and greasy, burned my eyes, and left a residue that made me look like a ghost. Luckily, beauty companies have made sun protection much more tolerable over the years, and now I am never without it.
