I've got another Noble Outfitters product to review, and like the rest of the things I've gotten to try, I love it. Today's review is of one of their performance shirts. It's a crew neck long sleeve in a moisture wicking material that's stretchy and very breathable. The "Hailey" long sleeve crew works great as a base layer for those of you in colder climates, but as a SoCal resident I like to wear it under my favorite Barbour quilted vest that I got from the World Cup Final in Vegas earlier this year. It has little thumb holes in the sleeves too which is a really nice touch. Once the weather warms up again, I'm sure this shirt will work great as a sun shirt as it's breathable and wicks sweat away really nicely. I actually wear this shirt when I go to the gym sometimes as well - it's a great overall athletic shirt. The princess seams are flattering and the material is soft and comfortable. I find the length to be perfect for tucking into breeches - not so long that it's going over your butt and making a line that shows through your breeches, and not so short that it rides up and untucks itself while you ride. I personally like the crew neck because it's something different from all the 1/4 zip shirts I have, but the neck is high enough that I don't have to worry about my chest getting sunburned. I'd say they run true to size compared to other riding shirts - I wear a Medium in EIS and Bette & Court sun shirts, and a Medium works great for me in this shirt. The "Hailey" Long Sleeve Crew is another great Noble Outfitters product that has become a staple in my equestrian wardrobe. The price is also amazing compared to other riding shirts, retailing at $34.99 on the Noble Outfitters website!
Let me know if you have any questions or comments! :)
xoxo, Karina
